Off-Site Hosted Storage Solution
When recording your IP cameras off-site to our remotely hosted servers in Fargo, ND, you will be required to have a high-speed Internet connection with matching upload and download speeds if possible. A static IP address is not required, but it is recommended for a more stable solution. Satellite Internet connections are not recommended when using our off-site hosting services due to the low upload speeds.

Dedicated or Managed Storage Solution
If you choose to store the video on a Network Storage PC located where the cameras are to be installed, you are not required to have a high-speed Internet connection. This is only required if you wish to view the video and archives remotely from another location. A static IP address is recommended if you wish to have remote access to the system. A static IP address is required when choosing our Managed Storage Solution.

Central Storage Solution
You will be required to have a high-speed Internet connection at both the camera location and at the location where you want to host your Network Storage PC (Corporate Headquarters, at your home, etc.). A static IP address is recommended at the camera location. A static IP is required at the Network Storage PC location.
